Arrival & Access
We arrive at the property at the agreed time and confirm access before the cleaning begins. Keys, entry instructions, parking arrangements, and any specific requirements are checked so the team can start efficiently and without unnecessary delay.
Where access is being provided by an estate agent, concierge, landlord, or property manager, we follow the arrangements agreed in advance.
Clear access and accurate instructions help us begin the service smoothly and keep the day on schedule.

INITIAL PROPERTY INSPECTION
We carry out a walkthrough of the property before cleaning begins to understand its overall condition and identify any areas requiring particular attention. We compare what we see with the information provided when the quotation was prepared.
Where appropriate, photographs may be taken to record the condition on arrival and help us manage the work accurately.
This initial inspection helps us confirm the scope of work before the team begins cleaning.

CONDITION & QUOTATION CONFIRMATION
After the initial inspection, we confirm that the property condition and required work are consistent with the information provided when the quotation was prepared.
If we identify a significant difference in condition, additional requirements, or work outside the original scope, we discuss this with you before proceeding. Any necessary adjustment to the quotation is explained clearly in advance.
Nothing additional is carried out without first confirming the change with you.

PROFESSIONAL CLEANING
Our trained team works systematically through the property, using professional products, equipment and cleaning methods appropriate to each surface and area.
We follow the agreed scope of work, giving additional attention to areas that require more detailed treatment while handling fixtures, finishes and furnishings with appropriate care.
The aim is a thorough, consistent professional clean across the entire agreed scope — not simply the areas that are most visible.

FINAL CHECKS & HANDOVER
Once the cleaning is complete, we carry out a final walkthrough of the property to make sure the agreed areas have been cleaned and presented to the expected professional standard.
Any remaining details are addressed before the team leaves. Keys and access arrangements are handled exactly as agreed, and the property is secured on departure.
The service is only considered complete once the final checks have been carried out and the property is ready for handover.
