STANDARD, HEAVY OR EXTREME CLEANING
Understanding Property Condition
Property condition has a significant impact on the time, labour and products required to achieve a professional result. Our three-level guide helps explain how we assess a property when preparing your quotation.
Property size tells us how much there is to clean. Property condition tells us how much work is required.
The examples shown on this page are representative and are intended to help explain the differences between Standard, Heavy and Extreme cleaning conditions.
STANDARD
A generally maintained property with normal signs of occupancy. Light dust, everyday marks and routine kitchen or bathroom build-up may be present, but there is no significant accumulated or long-standing soiling.
HEAVY
A noticeably more demanding property with heavier build-up, accumulated dust, grease, limescale or staining across multiple areas. More time, labour and specialist products may be required to achieve the expected professional standard.
EXTREME
A property with extensive or long-standing build-up, heavy grease, thick limescale, ingrained grime or significant soiling across multiple areas. Substantially more time, labour and repeated treatment may be required to achieve the best possible professional result.
MORE EXAMPLES OF PROPERTY CONDITION
Every property is different. The examples below show typical signs we may consider when assessing Standard, Heavy or Extreme cleaning conditions. We assess the overall condition of the property, rather than judging it by one individual area or item.
STANDARD
HEAVY
EXTREME
REAL PROPERTIES. REAL CLEANING CONDITIONS.
All photographs shown on this page are our own images, taken during genuine ProExpert Cleaning jobs at properties we have attended. They are used to illustrate the different cleaning conditions we regularly encounter.
NOT SURE WHICH CONDITION APPLIES TO YOUR PROPERTY?
You do not need to decide the category yourself. Send us a few photographs or a short video together with your property details and we will assess the likely level of cleaning required.
